Things you must do after rooting your android device

So, now it’s time to customize your device after rooting. When it comes to customization no one can beat Android OS . Android gives it’s user a lot of customizing options. With the help of various Android Apps you can change look, performance,feel and all that of the device. And if have rooted then u can do much. So, lets take a look on what things we can do after rooting .

1. Check if you are Rooted

This is definitely the first thing you must do after rooting your device. You need to check whether your device is rooted properly or not. To be sure that you have rooted it properly you should download Root Checker App and check for your device root status. If you are rooted then it will show successful. Now you may proceed to next steps.

2. Install Custom Recovery

As you are rooted now, you have complete access to your device or phone’s root. So, there is a probability that you may mistakenly do something wrong and which may lead you to a completely damaged or bricked device. So, you can overcome this risk just by installing a Custom Recovery to your device. There are basically two types of custom recovery available, CWM(Clock Work Mod) and TWRP(Team Win Recovery Project). Clock work Mod is the most popular and easy to use.This Custom Recovery will replace the stock recovery that is pre-installed on your Android device. It will help you to do various tasks like manage Nandroid backup, flash zip files from your phone itself, wipe and manage cache partitions and many more.

3. Delete Bloatware

Delete up the bloatwares from your phone. Bloatware means those Apps which comes pre-installed on your android device. You can delete this Apps after rooting. Use Apps like Root Explorer to delete these Bloatwares. Deleting bloatware helps you speed up your phone by 40% faster.

4. Increase Internal Memory

As you know some smartphones like Samsung, Htc, Spice and some others comes with a very low internal memory which makes it’s users to install limited number of Apps only. But after rooting you can increase your internal memory and install asmany as you want to install.So, this definitely a must thing to do after rooting if you have a phone with very low internal memory.

5. Play High Quality Games

Yes, you heard it right. You can always play HD games after rooting your device even if it did not support those games before rooting. So enjoy HD and heavy games on your device .
